Franklin County is the home of a total of 17 covered bridges. Of this number, there are 8 historic bridges and 9 non-traditional bridges.
Many of the historic bridges have been either rehabilitated or completely replaced. All of the historic covered bridge has been rebuilt with the exceptions being the East Fairfield and Village/Maple Street.
Some of the non-traditional bridges are difficult to find. Some are private. And then again, some appear to be historic covered bridges.
Select the map below and check the details for each bridge for complete information and locations.
