Lamoille County is the home of a total of 31 Covered bridges. Of this number, 13 are historic bridges, and 18 are non-traditional bridges.
One of the historic bridges is a total replacement of the original. A few have been rehabilitated. One has a unique truss. There is also a "haunted" bridge and a former railroad Covered bridge.
Some of the non-traditional bridges are difficult to find. Some are private. And then again, some appear to be historic covered bridges.
